These terms govern your use of coExploro. They cover product use, AI output handling, acceptable use, and how Paddle handles paid checkout as our Merchant of Record/payment provider.
About us
coExploro is a B2B SaaS service for competitive product analysis, operated by a sole proprietor registered in Ukraine. For legal or compliance questions, contact legal@coexploro.com. For product support, contact support@coexploro.com.
Product terms
coExploro provides automated product teardowns and product analysis from URLs submitted by users. Plan availability, prices, and checkout details are shown in the product or at checkout when paid checkout is available for an account or plan.
AI output disclaimer
coExploro outputs are generated with AI systems and should be treated as research support, not as professional, legal, financial, or compliance advice. Outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or affected by the pages and screenshots available at capture time.
Users remain responsible for reviewing product teardown outputs before relying on them, sharing them, or using them in business decisions.
User inputs, submitted URLs, captured screenshots, AI prompts, and AI-generated reports are NOT used to train Anthropic, Google, OpenAI, or any other third-party foundational AI model. coExploro retains usage data solely for service delivery, security, and abuse prevention. Any future product-improvement training requires explicit, granular user opt-in via account settings.
Acceptable use
Do not submit URLs that you are not allowed to access, private systems, credentialed URLs, secrets, personal data, malicious content, or content that would violate another service's terms.
coExploro may reject or remove analyses that appear abusive, unlawful, unsafe, or outside the intended product research use case.
Paid billing and Paddle
Paddle is our Merchant of Record/payment provider for paid checkout. Paddle processes orders, taxes, payment records, customer-service inquiries, cancellations, and returns for paid purchases completed through Paddle-managed checkout.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
