Refund
This policy explains how cancellation and refund requests are handled for coExploro paid subscriptions and one-time report purchases.
Cancellation
Subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods. If a self-service cancellation path is unavailable, contact support and we will route the request through the appropriate account or Paddle support flow.
Refunds
One-time report purchases are reviewed case-by-case. Subscription refund requests may also be reviewed case-by-case and may depend on the purchase type, timing, usage, payment-provider records, and any mandatory rights that apply.

Mandatory-law carve-out
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection, payment, or other applicable law.
