Teams running teardowns regularly can choose a monthly or annual plan. No annual contracts or per-seat surprises; paid checkout is handled by Paddle.

What's a teardown?

A full read of one product — pricing, onboarding, dashboard and core flows — through four personas (PM, Marketing, UX, Designer). Output is a navigable canvas plus a Summary Card you can share. Most teardowns are ready in 2–4 minutes.

Can I switch tiers?

Yes. Plan changes are handled through the billing flow or support while self-service account management is being expanded. Checkout and billing records are handled by Paddle.

Do unused teardowns roll over?

No — unused teardowns don't carry over. Each plan includes a set number of teardowns; if you need more, you can upgrade any time.

Can I upload my own screenshots (BYOS)?

Yes. If automated capture is blocked, you can upload screenshots and run the full four-persona teardown.

What's your cancellation policy?

Subscriptions can be cancelled for future billing periods under the Refund policy. If self-service cancellation is unavailable, contact support and we will route the request through the appropriate account or Paddle support flow.

Is there an annual discount?

Yes. Annual prices are available from the billing toggle: Starter $40/mo, Pro $82/mo, Team $165/mo when billed annually.

What about refunds?

One-time report and subscription refund requests are reviewed under the published Refund policy and any mandatory rights that apply. Paddle may handle payment-provider records for completed checkout.

Do you offer enterprise pricing?

Not yet. Team is the largest tier we sell today. Once we hear from teams that need more, we'll build it. Tell us what you'd need at hello@coexploro.com.
