What's a teardown?
A full read of one product — pricing, onboarding, dashboard and core flows — through four personas (PM, Marketing, UX, Designer). Output is a navigable canvas plus a Summary Card you can share. Most teardowns finish within 90 seconds (p95).
Can I switch tiers?
Paid billing is not yet enabled. Join the waitlist with your plan intent now; plan changes will become self-serve when billing launches.
Do unused teardowns roll over?
No. Quotas reset on the first of each month. We considered roll-over and decided against it — it pushes the wrong incentive (hoarding usage rather than running analyses).
What's BYOS — bring your own screenshots?
Some products gate flows behind login or paywalls. BYOS lets you upload your own screenshots and run the same four-persona analysis on them. Pro and Team only.
What's your cancellation policy?
There is no paid subscription to cancel while paid billing is not yet enabled. When billing launches, cancellation details will be published before paid plans go live.
Is there an annual discount?
Annual pricing is planned for paid billing. Starter $40/mo, Pro $82/mo, Team $165/mo are shown as waitlist intent, not active purchase offers.
What about refunds?
No paid billing is active yet, so there are no paid purchases to refund. Refund terms will be published before paid billing launches.
Do you offer enterprise pricing?
Not yet. Team is the largest tier we sell today. Once we hear from teams that need more, we'll build it. Tell us what you'd need at hello@coexploro.com.
