Klue and Crayon alternatives, side by side

Three vendors that describe themselves as competitive or market intelligence software are Kompyte, Contify and AlphaSense. On 25 October 2026 none of them showed a price on the pages we read. coExploro does a different job: it reads one rival’s public pages from a dated capture in minutes, and its pricing page shows the price before you start.

Three alternatives, in their own words

Kompyte, Contify and AlphaSense each describe themselves in their own words. Kompyte describes competitive intelligence with battlecards for sales teams, Contify one platform for market and competitive intelligence, and AlphaSense a market intelligence and search platform. The table sets each vendor’s own words beside what coExploro does, and the sections below give each statement with its page and date. For Klue and Crayon read against each other, see Klue vs Crayon.

When a product teardown is enough

When your question is what a rival’s public pages say and offer today, a product teardown is enough. Give coExploro the rival’s address: in 2–4 minutes it captures the page at that address, and the pricing and features pages when it finds them, each with its date. Four AI analysts, PM, Marketing, UX and Designer, then write findings from that capture. The Klue sample and the Crayon sample below are two such readings, checked by a person before publication. You can try one run a day per network without an account, a free account includes 3 teardowns a month, and paid plans start at $16 a month billed yearly. coExploro does not make battlecards, run win-loss interviews or capture anything behind a login, and the methodology page states what a teardown can and cannot see.

Kompyte

Kompyte’s homepage and plans page speak to sales teams first. Its plans are counted in companies tracked and user licenses, and the plans page shows no price.

Contify

Contify presents one platform for market and competitive intelligence and offers a free trial from its homepage. Its pricing address leads to a contact page.

AlphaSense

AlphaSense describes a market intelligence and search platform built on business documents, and it starts visitors with a free option or a tour. Its pricing page asks buyers to talk to sales.

How to choose for your team

Start from the question your team needs answered. If it is how to win a live deal against a rival, your sellers need battlecards, the kind of work Kompyte describes on its own site, or win-loss interviews. If it is what a rival’s public pages say and offer today, a dated product teardown answers it in one run. Take each vendor’s statements into its demo as questions, not answers. How to tear down a rival’s product, in five steps shows that reading step by step.

Limits

What this page does not cover

  • We did not create an account, book a demo or start a trial with any of these vendors, so nothing here covers the product behind the login.
  • None of the three showed a price on the pages we read, so this page does not compare their cost.
  • What a vendor says about itself is its own claim, and we did not test it.
  • This page does not rank the vendors, and other alternatives exist.
  • Live observations are dated 25 October 2026 and sample observations 28 and 29 October 2026; any of these pages may have changed since.

Questions

What are the alternatives to Klue?

Kompyte, Contify and AlphaSense are three vendors whose own sites describe competitive or market intelligence software, and this page sets their own words side by side. If your team needs a dated reading of a rival’s public pages rather than a sales program, coExploro makes one in minutes, and one run needs no account.

What are the alternatives to Crayon?

The same three, read on 25 October 2026, describe themselves this way: Kompyte as competitive intelligence with battlecards for sales teams, Contify as one platform for market and competitive intelligence, and AlphaSense as a market intelligence and search platform built on business documents. None of the three showed a price on the pages we read.

Do Kompyte, Contify or AlphaSense publish their prices?

None showed a price on the pages we read on 25 October 2026. Kompyte’s plans page lists three plans by companies tracked and user licenses, Contify’s pricing address led to a contact page, and AlphaSense’s pricing page asks buyers to connect with its sales team.

When is a product teardown enough?

When the question is what a rival’s public pages say and offer today: who it is for, how it prices, and what a visitor can do first. coExploro reads those pages from a dated capture. It does not make battlecards, run win-loss interviews or capture anything behind a login, so a sales team that needs those still needs a tool built for them.
